Mortgage Resource Guarantee

Within the first twelve months of starting the Home Ownership Accelerator®, if you are not completely satisfied with the program, Mortgage Resource LLC will refinance you into a current market rate loan of your choice at our expense. We will pay all closing costs including title, escrow, lender, appraisal and recording cost. Excluded items will be discount points paid to the lender to buy the rate down and pre-paid items including taxes, insurance and interest.

As long as you qualify, you can go back to the program of your choice on us. We make this offer because we are confident that those who qualify for the Home Ownership Accelerator® will be more than satisfied with the results of this loan. If for some reason you don’t feel this is the absolute best program out there, we will put you back on the loan of your choice at our expense.
